So the door pillars covering Lara Pulver's arse and her strategically placed arms weren't enough? Has Mary Whitehouse returned from the grave?Stevieb said:Can't believe bbc recieved complaints about nudity before 9oclock watershed.
Remember the opening sequence for TISWAS? Would they put that in front of Saturday kids' show today?...wizzard said:So the door pillars covering Lara Pulver's arse and her strategically placed arms weren't enough? 1:10, Tarrant with his kit off - just a paper plate.
Daily Mail... it'll be about 3 complaints out of what, 4 million viewers?Stevieb said:Can't believe bbc recieved complaints about nudity before 9oclock watershed.
I am guessing a combination of phone hacking and prosthetics.Toble said:I'm starting to f'ing hate Moffat. The ending makes no sense.
They will have a good deal of explaining to do at the start of the next series.Toble said:The ending makes no sense.
I don't think it's ever explained in the novels - Goldilox is my usual go to on Holmes info and he tells me Hound of the Baskervilles was the first ACD book to feature the return of Holmes...wizzard said:Not really now that they seem to be staying true to the original stories, I didn't realise that Arthur Conan Doyle killed Sherlock Holmes off in one of the novels, until it was mentioned in an interview, Moffat and Gatiss will probably refer to the novel where he returns for the explanation.
Even though they are planning a 3rd series will Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman have the time to do it, even though they want to?
Oh i knew what was going to happen, just not the details. As for the Molly/body theory... Dead bodies aren't known for being able to talk on phones, and don't flail that much when falling. I might be wrong about the last bit, i'll have to test it.Rikki said:I wasnt surprised by the ending at all, like wizard has said its what happened in the books. I think the scene where we saw Sherlock basically ask Molly for a dead body gives them plenty of ways to explain how it was done.
