Does it matter which peas? I love processed but can’t eat garden or mushy.

That’s fine, don’t put it in yours then. Put whatever you want in and I will carry on using puree.
I put carrots, celery, onions and lardons in mine plus obviously mince as well as tomato purée, vegetable stock and nutmeg.
Just done a cottage pie for tonight. Family favourite. Serve with processed peas, garden peas or baked beans - haven’t decided yet.

Made a ragu this morning and warmed it up to serve with some penne and garlic bread. Some leftover for the wife to take to work tomorrow.
Another Arroy Thai meal and another excellent meal. And living in Baswich it is only 5 minutes down the road and they give 15% off if you collect.
