i wasnt saying avoid completely, it is in certain cases that they need to be avoided more regularly than you would eat them in a normal diet. This is due to bowel inflammation thus being affected by stomach acids.

vegan diets arent as healthy as a normal. It is incredibly difficult to find the right vitamins/minerals with a vegan diet.
