From what I've just read, they do keep logs for a short period of time for what they claim as "network troubleshooting" purposes.

Just so people know, Virgin Media have removed traffic management for downloads. I'm on their 152MB package - always get 156 Meg when connected via Ethernet and ~100 Meg when connected wirelessly. Can't complain.

Never ever Norton as I'm sure you know :) It literally tries to control every aspect of you computer and is super resource hungrey :/

They do keep logs as per the EU data retention laws, which isn;t usually desirable for a VPN :) There is a short review of CyberGhost at http://bestvpn.biz/cyberghost-vpn-review/ - some of the speeds to the UK are pretty slow to say the least.
