nothing surprises me now. wheelie bins have long been the favoured method of removing 'scrap metal' in the absence of a truck in sheffield for years :( it seems that anything metal that isnt firmly attached to a solid surface is fair game....but the toerags still made off with a few grands...

same here. and i dont mind admitting that if they revise the thresholds before the deferment dates in february i will panic quite a lot....im still repaying loans that i had to take out to clear my graduate loans when my bank account ceased to be a graduate account. x
