Stafford can't even sort out the traffic light timing for normal everyday driving. Seems to be virtually no effort to match sets of lights to each other to avoid stopping traffic at every set of lights Katy

Yep, the centre lane owners club are a complete pain. Some try to use the excuse of the condition of the left hand lane from lorries, and some that they think they would be changing lane all the time. Can' say I think either are valid. Doesn't help that some UK motorways seem to encourage it...

Thought the allowance for electrically powered bicycles was that they must be capable of being propelled by pedals (and only do 15mph). Otherwise they are just a car / motorcycle with all that entails as far as insurance, licencing, registration, etc Katy
