Its called the nurburgring, and its very possible to make a track you can just ride on ride off. Although there must be something stopping them doing it in england. Appantly the speed cameras cost alot to put in, need 240v supply etc so perhaps takes a while to get the money back from them...

Agreed, they've given us fast bikes, flat tarmac, and a licence to ride. And then they go and stop us all speeding? Whats the hell in the point in smooth roads and fast cars/bikes then? Years of evolution wasted because of a pesky government :P
