12 June, what's on - and what's still open!?

I'm coming down to Stafford for a night out (my mate's stag night), we've been a few times and even though it's not the best place for a night out - we haven't had a bad night yet, they're always memorable fro different reasons.

Anyway, looking on the internet this week has been a big shock, no Love2Love, no Chicago Rock, no Zanzibar and now the Bird in Hand has gone! What is happening?!

Is anywhere left open??

We were looking at Couture but we've been told in advance by the manager that stag dos aren't allowed in (although a simple change of tops before you head down there should sort that out)

Hoping it's sunny, love sitting outside the Picture House in teh sun with a pint, probably go up the Litten Tree for the England match (if it's still open!) then try to find somewhere decent.

Can anyone recommend some decent bars that are still open?

i dont know what casas policy is for stag dos....but if the weather is good, you could do worse than bagged yourself a spot in their garden.

also the swan garden is pretty nice and i believe there were rumours of the beer garden at the railway having a make over.

beer garden at railway is done, i had a few laughs there on cup-final day with the lads from Sheffield who had taken part in the friendly footie match.......
