Hi everyone, new here *waves*.
I am a newly single mummy looking for a flat/house/shed (!) to rent in Stafford, although I'd consider somewhere out of Stafford as far afield as Newcastle U-Lyme, Stone,Telford or even Cannock; basically anywhere within about an hours' bus ride of Stafford.
For me and my three children - one baby and two preschoolers, so a 2 bed is fine, 3 bed even better or even a 1 bedroom flat would do for 6 months if the landlord would allow it.
I'm clean and tidy, non smoker, self employed, only problem is I dont have landlord refs as I lived with my ex until now (he was named as sole tenant on the lease) so the letting agents are saying no
Need to find somewhere by the 18th or basically we all have to live in a b+b long term so please, please if anyone knows of anything available please let me know - if you could all ask amongst your friends/family too then that would be amazing and I would love you forever.
