About 8 years old but in good condition for age. Worst damage shown in photo caused by dog chewing, but under cushion so cant be seen normally.
Welcome to view if your interested and buyer would have to arrange transport. They are very bulky sofas so you would need a van as they won't fit in mine the way it is racked out.
