3 Mobile broadband

Is anyone else having problems with 3 mobile broadband please. My service has been up and down like a demented yoyo since friday morning 2 Nov and the Stafford shop tells me it may be a week before the problem is sorted out.

Am I alone in thinking that this is totally unacceptable and we should be grateful for what service we get. I am losing money paying 3 not to provide a service while also not being able to download work from clients and losing money from them.

Mine was working fine with regard to surfing the net, emails and video yesterday, but I did notice it was dropping connection quite a bit whilst I was streaming IR in the car. Not used it today though.
