Dunno yet, we need a new TV at the GFs house but can't decide whether to get something like this or spend double getting one with all the smart stuff built in like iplayer etc. We're ditching sky, only the kids watch it and its costing too much just for that. I figured a smart TV would give us more option of free stuff to watch on demand.

But then I also think I should just bag this one, get a cheap android media player thingy to bolt on it and run the extra stuff from that. I'd be happy with that setup, but the other half wouldn't want extra remotes etc.

So, err, I dunno! Very tempted though.

That does look like very good value for money. Perhaps a bit small for a living room, but perfect for the bedroom and great for wall mounting with it being so slim. I would have been tempted for my bedroom, but I am lucky enough to have just been given a 32" LCD telly. Hopefully I'll get it mounted and tested this weekend, but if it is not up to scratch (c2009 TESCO TV....) then I may order one of these to replace it - I may as well once I have drilled the wall!

Still tempted.....

What is the picture quality like watching 'normal' TV? Its main use will be SD stuff not HD, although whatever it looks like its gotta be better than the 24" CRT my GF has at the min!
