A relative of mine regularly comes to Stafford to visit an elderly lady and while here he takes her out for a meal. Anyways, long story short, he often arrives in Stafford in the afternoon or early evening and is finding decent food hard to come by. Bearing in mind the dearth of decent eating places in Stafford can anyone suggest any places that sell good food 'out of hours' so to speak.
So far he has been restricted to Frankie & Bennys, The Shire Horse, & The Holmcroft. He has also visited Vivere early evening. Anyone have any other ideas please? All he needs is some good quality food, which discounts many chain places such as that pub opposite Sports Direct and Weatherspoons.
Suggestions of places serving good quality food all day most welcome. Indian & Chinese ar not appreciated by this particularly elderly lady
Thanks
