Any experiences with a Dulux Paintpod?

So my walls are getting filthy (smallish dirty kids grrr) and my OH is extremely messy when it comes to painting and frankly I'm after something to take the pain in the arseness out of it.
We had a generic similar system a couple of years ago and it was a huge faff with having to thin the paint and then it dripped, smeared, splattered and generally coated everything barr the walls in watery paint. In other words it was a huge bag of shite. I've still got the damn thing if anyone wants it.
My Brother uses a paintpod I think, but waiting till he can be arsed to answer me to ask what it's like could take a good week or so. I've read reviews, they are mixed so I'm trying to track down actual people who can tell me what it's like, or better yet, let me try it.
I really don't want to buy one, even one from E-bay to try as I'd still not get a good idea if it went wrong, after all it was second hand without a good idea of what it's supposed to be like.
Can anyone help me out?

I used to work at a DIY store and we had a lot returned as faulty, if there not cleaned thoroughly on the inside they just cak up - and for the price of one you could get a decorator in....

Dulux Paintpod?? Whatever have the found out now what you can do with an old English sheepdog.
I would imagine the tail works best :-p

P.s dont trust what they say in the adverts. It seldom works like that in the real world.
The thickness and quality of the paint is very important. Cheap paint is too thin and drips out too fast.
You must use their paint.......
Cleaning between jobs is also very important. Otherwise you will indeed find it later blocked with old paint.

Parts of that wall look as though they should be scheduled as an Ancient Monument
