Arson In Rugeley - Yep I Am A Victim!

Due to an arson attack on my car and garden I am looking to buy cheap car - see advert below also in classifieds.... and am also looking to move to stafford. If anyone can give me details of nice areas to live, or at least places that don't flood and where folks won't set your car on fire at 4am then I am all ears.

Wanted - Due to ARSON ATTACK!! A cheap run around car just to get me to Rugeley and back for work. Preferably 12 months MOT and as many months tax as possible. The cheaper the better but will pay more for reliability. Condition, not so important…..don’t see the point in having a posh car if idiots are going to set fire to it!

Yeah that's bloody terrible...and unfortunately it could happen anywhere, be it Rugeley or Stafford.

Somebody tried to set fire my mates catering trailer last night by Focus. They tried to force open the hatch and put in this very large firework. It was the size of a kitchen roll. Luckily it didn't go off otherwise there would have been nothing left this morning. He's just bought this trailer too.

A few years ago someone set fire to my then next door neighbours' wheelie bin and pushed it over. Their car was written off and both of our sheds were destroyed - luckily, one of the fence panels by the sheds was missing because if it hadn't the fire could have gone right down to the houses. Some people have too much time and energy to waste...

Was on that job! You did have a lucky escape, despite obvious loss of property, as you correctly say it could have been worse!

We were out all night as there was a spate of arson incidents that went right across town. Five fire engines in all, were kept busy for 3 hours! There were a lot of incidents in that area of the town at that time.

No...trouble is...18yr old next door nieghbour is also a suspect which is making living there a bit grim to say the least...also...valuations not too clever to allow enough cash for Stafford but will keep looking, thanks for your kind words folks!

Had the same problem with our next door neighbour. 17 year kid throwing illegal fireworks through the letter box. Attaching fireworks to the brickwork of the house then setting them off, eventually attempted to set fire to our front porch but we caught him in the act as he was so drunk and making noise. Police bound him over for a year ? Different story if he had have killed us. Best part is he wanted to be a fireman......
