well its like the tesco store you can park on there for up to 3 hours as long as to return to the car within the time . people use that and go into town

i think the concern he was that asda knew people would be using their car park for the sports centre, and not shopping at asda at all, and so intended to proactively hunt down such people and ticket them.. dunno if this has turned out to be the case or not..

anyone been stung?
