Good news then I wonder if they will try again in a couple of years some of these developers never give up

I've quickly reviewed the decision...The Inspector concluded that the Council had a 5yr housing land supply and, therefore, there was no need to release a greenfield site for development'.

Had the council not been able to demonstrate a 5 yr Housing Land Supply the decision could have been very different.
