Audio Bluetooth Setup - Cheapest Option

OK, my current set up is this:
  • LED television - No bluetooth but HDMI and USB slots
  • Laptop - No bluetooth
  • PC - has bluetooth
  • NOW TV set up with Plex so I can stream music from my PC to my television.
Now with my current set up, I could just buy a bluetooth speaker and play music from my PC, but I would also like the option to be able to manage / play stuff via my laptop through to the bluetooth speaker and, just as importantly, I want to be able to play the sound from my television through the bluetooth speaker, if I wish.

The above scenario is obviously possible, but can anybody (I'm looking at you tek-monkey!) provide me with a few pointers on how best to do this with minimal fuss. Oh, and on the cheap, of course! :)

Cheers

I purchased this Pure Jono for my fiance, Currys don't seem to keep this in stock but it was worth the wait for next day collection!

The Pure Jongo can be plugged into Hi-Fi, Tv enabling you to play music via Bluetooth or Wifi. You can also purchase Bluetooth speakers, and build up your Bluetooth speaker empire!

One of the great things about the Jongo is it can be controlled by App on phone/tablet which makes great fun changing music someone else has put on from another room/upstairs.

Decent soundbar with bluetooth? You don't mention a budget but you can get them for as little as about £100 or less.Only problem would be the laptop since it doesn't have bluetooth - an option there would possibly be a Google Chromecast - if you can get a soundbar with HDMI then you could stick the Chromecast into that and bob's hopefully your new uncle.
