try downloading and using afreeCodecVT.. that will show you which video and audio codec your video file is using.. once you have that info, i'm sure we can point you in the direction of the correct codec
your other option would be to download and use Media Player Classic.. this is a media player to use instead of Windows Media Player/RealPlayer/etc.. it is a standalone package, and uses its own internal decoders for most formats, doing away with the need for pesky libraries and codecs!
