Bamboo Garden gone?

Does anyone know what's happened with Bamboo Garden? They've been taking no orders through Just Eat for a good few nights, and I even drove down one evening to find it shut. No signs saying why.

If it's the Chinese I'm thinking of , one of the owners family members died and he had to travel back home , so shut shop.
I could be getting confused with another Chinese though so don't take my word for it

Sounds likely. Suprised not to at least get a voicemail explaining that they're temporarily closed due to a family bereavement or similar message though.

Anyway, Bamboo Garden is on Foregate street. Just really wanted a pot of their curry sauce as it's the best around here. Hope they will be re-opening with the same kitchen staff etc.

We had a takeaway ordered from Just Eat from bamboo garden on saturday, it took ages for them to show as online though but they did eventually appear

I walked past Oriental Garden (Newport Road) on Friday and that was closed for a period of time but I didn't catch the reason on the notice
