Personally would rather see dogs than kids in pubs. Much better behaved generally.

An observation after passing the place today...

Having a staff member sat on the step of the establishment vaping...(I assumed staff as they then went to re arrange an outside table), is not a good look...

So many places do this sadly.

I won't enter a place now if you have to go through a wall of smoke or vape to do so.

So, I actually attended the Bank House tonight, for the first time, not counting one previous occasion when I saw @tek-monkey in there one lunchtime about six to eight years ago..

Perhaps not their usual clientele tonight, and the place is very 'hard' acoustically, but not a bad do, in general.

They, much to my surprise, did have Guinness available, but currently only in individual aluminium sachets - they are, however, due to have draught facilities installed for March 17th.

The penultimate tune was Teenage Kicks, which did result in considerable pogoing - there may need to be some pacemakers reset over the coming days...

Clearly, the gravitational pull of the owner/chef is impacting on the space/time continuum.
