Wanted Batteries

Gazebo lights have packed in, hoping it's just the batteries.
Does anyone know if I could source the below locally?

CEF on Astonfields used to sell that type of thing but I haven't used them for years.

Worth seeing what voltage the batteries have, if they're meant to be charged now.

It could be a charger failure - can you measure the output from that?

Afraid not they're charged from a solar panel.
