I like 'Florence and The Machine'.

You can try 7digital if you want to know the latest, best or top 20 of latest music. You can buy them on there too if you like.
But yes, Spotify is the latest craze. I like Last.fm as they have a 'Recommendations' station you can listen to, which more-or-less lets you in on new music you might like, but have never heard of.

I can not recommend Department of Eagles highly enough. Also check out one of the band's sister projects Grizzly Bear. Their new album, Vecktatimest, is the absolute tits. Best album of the year so far.

I bought the Grizzly Bear last weekend but still haven't got round to listening to it yet. Seems like a good thing to do on a rainy day. Lots of great vocal harmony bands out at the minute, especially on the Sub Pop and Bella Union labels.

Am currently listening to a lot of synth bands. Have been playing Passion Pit's "Manners" and M83's Saturday=Youth to death.
