BEWARE:- Royal Mail text scam

I've just received a text alleging to be from the Royal Mail saying that they're sorry they've missed me for a delivery and to click a link to rearrange it.

This is a scam because
  1. The Royal Mail haven't got my works phone number
  2. I've been in all day for days and days and the posty hasn't rang once let alone twice
  3. No note has been left
  4. I'm not expecting any deliveries.
I'm not sure what the link does but beware if you receive a similar message.

Royal Mail can be genuinely strange, which only helps the scammers that hide behind them. A friend of mine had a letter from them saying that they couldn't deliver a parcel to him because the address was wrong on the package and that he should contact them about it. They sent the letter to his correct address.
