How about topless barmaids or maybe strippers on sunday lunchtime, this sort of thing was popular in 'The Breakspeare' Brockley SE4, before Spoons took it over......

Has anybody noticed that the bird hasn't opened for a few days.I have been informed (unofficially)that it is now closed again.

I drove past earlier tonight and the lights were on and the door open. Had a decent pint in there last week. There weren't any staff working when I visited, perhaps the couple running it were away for a few days so they had to shut it.

Decent pint in the Bird on Wednesday evening, they have certainly cleaned the place up. The gaffer said they are also taking on the Chambers.
