    Hi

There is a Warhammer group that meets in the library. Once a week I think.

    All the best

.... and there's this, catering for fantasy gamers. (Not really my thing .... I prefer a bit of history with my wargames.)

Big bump up for this. Loads of stalls. Would be nice to meet a few Forum members there this afternoon.

That's a shame .... I was there this morning, and probably left around 1:00pm. (I'd already been around the car boot sale on the common and my energy levels by then were a bit depleted.)

Anyway, I thought it was very good - plenty of vendors and some good games on display.

My eldest lad helped his mate organise it this year, he did the advertising bumph. And his girlfriend was 1 of the girls on the desk as you went in.
Didn't manage get there myself, due to work, but It's nice hear you enjoyed it.

    Hiya

It was a good day (and saw Mikinton). I was there last night with the setting up, and did a bit this evening helping to clear it down, so probably bumped into your eldests GF.

Now need my purse to recover!

    All the best

    What did you buy Katy?

I bought a couple of Battlegroup books (still like the way it plays) and some Russian 'Daughters of the Motherland with SMG's for big John, that's all!

They did a great job on the front desk as usual.

Bought the Dr Who Exterminate game, and a few X Wing models.

    All the best

    Hiya

    I should be there again.

Although the only bits of that school I have seen are those used for the show. So no idea where the large hall is!

    All the best

Just giving this thread a bump in case anyone fancies coming along.

I'll be there hosting an informal participation game - RAF - where you get the chance to win the Battle of Britain (well, see off a few Luftwaffe raids, anyway).
