Camera Suggestions - Semi-pro / SLR camera

I went for a Panasonic Lumic G2 in the end and am very pleased with it.

Not a full SLR but it comes with an electonic view finder and interchangeable lens system, I am looking for a zoom lens at the moment!

The G3 is the new version but too small for me.
