And as an attempt to bring it back on topic, not that I have any knowledge about the skills of Cameron's right arm, the main thing people need to remember about the Tories and the NHS are waiting lists.

Under the Tories, waiting lists were such a length that you could pop yer clogs without being seen, under the shamelessly wasteful beauracratic Labour government that squandered millions of our hard earned tax payers monies, waiting lists were slashed to make them non-eventful.
