I seem to have failed to report my purchase of an audiobook version of Simon Sebag Montefiore's Stalin last week. 50p to replace my original copy that I loaned out years ago.

Nothing at all for me today, though.

i did well - got some hedging plants (10 for £20) same ones were in homebase for £7.99 for 1. even got a spade for £4.

There were some interesting things to report - used hand-basins have become even more popular offerings, there were several bottle collections and there was an iron for snooker tables.

Yesterday I saw some latex crotchless pants, they were in a box so hoping they were 'as new'.

I went, I saw bottles and sinks, and my daughter and grandson selling DVDs and games!
spent nowt, went home, had coffee with brandy in and biscuits nom nom.

Hedging plants, are they for growing à hedge as in privet ?

lol Basil - yes - as in stop the kids throwing stuff over our garden ... and hopefully stop the local dog walkers using the spare land as a toilet x (I think thats a different link) lol

I got a neck-massager for My Dad, 36 bars of Buttermilk soap and a 1 3/8" panel punch.

and a definite lack of plastic toys made it easier to browse!

Saw a lot of VCRs today, go some veg but nowt else. Was tempted by the electric chainsaw but knew how it would end!
