Looking back, it looks as though I haven't actually bought anything since August!

It also reminded me that, not only are we being spared shouty meat man, but shouty veg man also. Some things do improve..

Is it me or does the carboot have more 'tat' stalls than previously? I find nowadays that it's a bad combination of house clearance profiteers and pseudo market stalls, with less and less actual carbooters :/

Much smaller event today, and I still drew a blank.

There was a tram traversing jack, if you have had a derailment this morning.

Nixon Garden Neatness
I went ystday, had really relaxing time pottering around. I was looking for unusual plant containers. got two pairs of colourful children wellington boots for pansies and an extra bright handbag for my trailing sweet peas, going to nails them to the fence to brighten up the garden

Another blank draw for me.

Though, the visit was curtailed by the return of shouty meat man and his inane 'banter'.

There was a folding grapnel anchor...

...but it would have taken more than that to get me to put up with the drivel.

Finally bought something again - a chain whip, as I have some dodgy cassette rings to replace at some point.

There was a unicycle, which would have no need of such a device.
