Was walking the dog and saw an RSPCA poster stuck on a lamp post in Alliance Street, council house end. Hard to read but something like this has been found:
Found: Small black cat, white whiskers, few white hairs on chest, white on end of paws, wearing brown collar. Ref number 270/14/03/15
