It looks like the council are going to try and clamp down on the number of people smuggling trade waste into their sites...

I had thought they would eventually get around to this. I've lost count of the number of times I've seen the place on Astonfields clogged up with people who clearly aren't getting rid of residential stuff...

If you crack down on the trade too much they just fly tip instead. It's disgusting how much stuff gets dumped over the chase.
