Big up Wayne! Top 'nana indeed. I had a problem with me new wireless router today so called Mr WMR and he was there within an hour. Brill. He spent over an hour diagnosing the problem(s), and the conclusion was that my new router's buggered, so he couldn't have fixed it anyway. Very friendly, knowledgeable chap, and he wouldn't even accept a fiver for a couple of pints. Skill point awarded and will definitely be calling again!

Just got my laptop back after handing it to Mr WMR for a clean (I started a thread about this a while ago, I'm sure...)
Have had it back now. Apparently solvent cleaner had to be used to get the fans clean and the processor fan stuck back on.
Very impressed; he collected the laptop Wednesday morning and I had it back Thursday evening, clean, sucking air in and running Windows XP. (Well, it's been out for 7 years, I think it's probably stable enough by now...)
A weekend of installing all my usual applications awaits.

Anyway; am v impressed with the service and the price, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone with a PC-related problem.

I have never used waynes services (i only had 1 prob since wayne set up and i fixed it myself) but have told a friend of mine about himand he swears by the excellent service, keep it up wayne

lol - I wondered if anyone would ask.

Basically my wife has now returned to work and I've become more of the "house husband" so to speak. For me to continue self employment would be more hassle than it's worth when it comes to our tax credits. Therefore I've removed my web presence and will just "look after" those who've looked after me from now onwards.

That's the only problem with low income self employment. From week to week your income can vary too much and it mucks things up in other ways. Much simpler now my wife has a fixed pay packet (pretty much)

She said it would solve our financial issue's, give her a break from the kids, and give both of us breathing space therefore improving our marriage too. Since she started, we never see eachother, hardly speak and now the bed is just for sleeping in. She was so wrong... It hasn't helped matters at all. It's made everything JUST PERFECT! lol
