Ireland & Scotland seem better provided with dead chickens that Wales or England, according to KFC

Cuffy skills to KFC tonight after a doing some shopping and wasn't in the mood to cook decided we'd go to kfc to find they were closed ............. When all you sell is chicken and you sell out - WTF
There was a DHL artic heading towards KFC at the Hough today - I can't be 100% sure that that was where it was going in the end, though.

I went in yesterday, they’re running a limited menu. They’ve got chicken, but no wraps, burritos, ice cream... water (...?) and a bunch of other stuff

Called in to Currys this afto to get Mrs T a new 'phone as part of her 'special' birthday pressy. Her 12 year old Blackberry being well past it's best.
Tara was absolutely fantastic, her customer interface skills second to none. She took the time to go through the options of what Mrs T needed out of the 'phone and once we'd settled on what she wanted and did the deal took another half an hour out to go through the features and downloaded several apps, transferred existing data to the new 'phone, sorted out e-mail connectivity, facetime etc.
A credit to the store .

I have experienced Tara on a couple of occasions and always left with a smile on my face.

Skill (again) to FMS...whilst the car was in for a "service" at Arnold Clark (part of the car purchase) they said there was an oil leak in the engine bay and wanted £55 just to investigate it.

Took it to FMS who cleaned it up stated it wasn't major but asked me to drive it for a week so they could identify the location. A week later they found the source fixed it all for under £100...v happy.

Cuffy to the female assistant on the B&Q 'customer service/returns ' desk today when I dared to interupted her conversation with a work colleage. When I asked if the box I was thinking of purchasing was fire proof, as I couldn't see anything on the packaging. "Of Course it is!" came the sneering remark as though I was stupid.....got home and on removing the packaging found out it isn't fire proof at all !
