Skills to the parking attendant on the TK Maxx car park.

He told me today the following...

If you park on the car park and go straight to TK Maxx or the shop next to it and then go town then that is fine.

If you park on the car park and go to town THEN go to TK Maxx then that earns you a parking ticket..

Cuffy to B&Q and Kudox. Back in Feb I purchased a clearance towel rail as we intended to have the bathroom redone this year and thought we'd save a few quid. Assumed all was well, you don't expect anything to be an issue, had a quick glance and it looked in good nick. Having opened it properly a few weeks ago we've found no brackets inside. Manufacture refers you to the retailer, retailer no longer stocks that product and thus cannot help.

Refund? Nah. 45 days even though I was sold an item that I would classify as "not fit for purpose"

Plumbits have provided me with replacement brackets for the common, round-tube towel radiators.

Love the ladies in Sainsburys right now. Left my purse at home, nice friendly assistant on the till, called her supervisor who took us to customer services while youngest was sent home to get the purse. Had a natter while we was waiting, poor love was really peed off with rude customers, doesn't hurt to be nice to those working hard in retail.. Even if under her breath she told him to bugger off to Tescos.
Took ages for youngest walk the 2 minutes home and back again, I think he was trying make it look like I was a shoplifter that had been caught, little shit.

Skill points to Tom Sturgess for excellent service yet again. Rang him this morning about my leaking washing machine, an hour later all fixed with a new seal in . Brilliant! :)

It can take a while to train a new seal, but they can come in quite handy, if you persevere.

Great customer service from the Bakehouse in town. Me the wife and kids ventured into the town to the makers market and ended up going for tea and cake. The service was second to none, the cakes were too die for!! What probably should have cost us around £15 the owner only charged us £12 as it was getting close to closing!! Needless to say we will definitely be venturing back!!
