Its an AMD Opteron dual core 2.2GHz / 512Mb / 160Gb. Would make a good file server or media center, although I'd be inclined to get more memory (not from Dell though!). There is room for a second hard disk too, up this one to a 250Gb for £8, then get a 500Gb from ebuyer for about £50. Means for £200 you can prob get a system with 2Gb RAM and 750Gb HD.
