Derby Day Is Here!

Well first time I've been to Rangers for nearly 20 years!! Surprised they are still playing the same 90s tunes though

Even though Rangers lost I actually enjoyed watching real footy with no diving and Dads and Lads in attendance.

Quote of the day from the Hednesford manager in his best yam yam accent when the goalie was pretending to be hurt "he's dislocated his finger"
Rangers fan " how can you tell from there?"

"Because he's signalled, that's proper communication mate"

I'm a Stafford Rangers season ticket holder. I'm glad you enjoyed your visitor to Marston Road despite our poor performance and result. Please don't wait so long until your next visit.

Our next home game is against Witton Albion a week on saturday.

I stopped watching / going to premiership games about 10 years. I got fed up of all the diving and feigning of injuries.

The 90s tune played at the start of the game is in memory of the late Mike Hughes. It was his favourite song.

I'm at the Superbikes a week on Saturday but will get down to the Rangers a bit more.

The reference to 90s music wasn't to any particular song and I enjoyed them all and my comment wasn't meant to be derogatory in any way.

I have a Manchester United season ticket for my sins but, as a football supporter I do attend other teams and I really enjoyed watching a proper "man's" game for a change (well apart from the fake injury to their keeper).

I was standing behind the away keeper. He was left in no doubt about what we thought about his fake injury to his finger...in response he received a number of fingers!

I didn't think your comment about the 90s was derogatory, I just wanted to explain why it is played.

Get rid of your Manchester United season ticket and buy a Stafford Rangers season ticket instead. See you soon.
