Whatever diet you partake of you have to be careful to balance it. A vegan diet is perfectly healthy and on the whole most vegans are in better state of health than the average carnist. Your statement "vegan diets aren't as healthy as a normal" is (scientifically) false. You also don't define "normal" but I am taking a wild stab in the dark that you refer to meat and dairy - both of which are associated with harmful health effects in different ways. For instance, a proper nutritionist should know that cows milk is nutritionally sound for cows but not humans...vegan diets arent as healthy as a normal. It is incredibly difficult to find the right vitamins/minerals with a vegan diet.
