Dishwashers and detergents

My dishwasher uses a bowl of hot water and a squirt of Persil washing up liquid. It tried going on strike once, but I had a few days worth do when no-one else bothered.

So I purchased some Tesco value range dishwasher tablets and have been using them for the past 4 days. I honestly thought they would be crap but im really supprised. I usually buy finish and to be honest I can't tell any difference in the results .everything still comes out spotless . I even tryed some really dirty pots and pans and the results were great. £1.60 for 30 !

That's great news @Alee - saving yourself a packet! I've challenged a few other "oh no you get what you pay for" people over the last week and they've all been quite amazed at their results too.
