There's a bus link to East Midlands from Derby and I think Burton stations.

Failing that Starkey's will be fairly quiet at this time of year

TBH I may just drive her there, just annoying when I realised how much cheaper we've been getting it at Luton.

Simplest just to give her a lift and pick her up on return. Depending on what time she would be traveling, probably safest as well.
