EE - Everything Everything, fka T-Mobile Orange

Orange / T-Mobile are soon going to be known as "EE", the brand that will bring 4G.
"Soon you’ll start to see ‘EE’ on your device screen."

... I wonder if the problems we're experiencing in Stafford are anything to do with this?

I don"t care what they call it i just want decent consistent. signal coverage.
Stop rebranding and spend the money on infrastructure.

What a ridiculous name - to match a ridiculous service at present. Should be called TE - as in tee hee since we are all splitting our sides laughing at them at the mo - well you gotta laugh haven't you!

Apparently they only plan to roll out 4G across 15 cities in the next year, closest place to us being Birmingham, so I very much doubt it.

My phone now tells me that the service is EE instead of Orange/Orange T-Mobile. Signal strength isn't any better though

Got a letter yesterday saying they are re branding all the shops to give me double the places to go in and see them, shame orange and t mobile shops are generally near each other in every town.

I can't see them both lasting long together - at least not in a town the size of Stafford.

Yeah, what's the point of that? I guess if one closes it there would be too many people crowding just the one shop. I guess when everyone gets EE there may be teething troubles and random people with queries to deal with.

Strange, my husbands phone has changed over to EE but mine hasnt. Also I always get a really good signal and good service from them, they are always chucking freebies at me - but I think thats cos Ive been a customer with them for so long, since the late 1990s - and Ive had the same number all that time too!

When I switch my phone on it now says 'EE Welcome'. I can't help but read it in a Wallace and Grommit style accent. I'll change the message when I get 5 so it says 'EE, Welcome t' thee phone lad'.
