Email standards.

Emails have been around for a long time now, they are surely not still a 'new' thing?

I have noticed lately an increased tendency for people to reply by starting another thread, for no good reason that I can see.

I have one here now, where there is a sequence of four two-element threads and now, a fifth one where the message is in the title box - took me a while to spot that...

Is it just me?

I think it’s partially ignorance of how to use something that is now a basic skill, and also people sometimes using abysmal email clients or webmail provided by their website host or domain registrar for their business

I have come to almost expect the silly restarted threads, but the blank email confused me for a bit before I spotted the actual message in the title box...

These are all from people who can do it properly, it can't be that hard, in fact, it's surely easier to just 'reply'.
