Good printer. Lots of features including printing direct from SD cards etc.

About 5 years old, but hardly used. This may well be the issue with it as I was told when I bought it that it would require use on a regular basis.
It seems like it might be slightly out of alignment perhaps?

I haven't even bothered to google the issue so it might be just a case of resetting it perhaps.

I've just bought a wireless printer instead.

To be honest, if Epson printers sit around unused for too long, the print heads usually dry up and it's a nightmare getting them running again. It's for this reason that I switched to a colour laser printer and I'll never go back to inkjets again.

I'm all for finding things a new home rather than the tip, but in honest it's probably your best bet in this case.

I bought my dell colour laser when ebuyer had an amazing reduction on it. I think I paid about £65 with free delivery. My full toner set on eBay only costs me £22.50 with free delivery and I've currently printed over 2200 pages and still have over 1/3 left of each colour (almost 75% of the cyan). Never had a paper jam. No stripey prints where cleaning cycles have to be run. It just bungs out everything you ask for perfectly every time. I'll never go back. The only (slight) downside is that you can't really do full glossy photo's like an inkjet can (although photo's on plain paper for homework etc are better than inkjet). On the rare occasions that I want a real photo print though it's cheaper these days just to get them done at Asda or wherever.
