Drove past a £200k Lamborghini on the m62 yesterday that the owner had managed to totally write off on heavy rain. No one else was involved and the moron survived. How bad must his driving be lol

Driving home from St.Georges this evening, I followed a mucky black Ford Focus, Reg No, BJ64NJN.
I don't know who taught him/her/it to drive, but not once did they use an indicator.
And as we were parked up at the lights, by the old Wicked Willys, they were starting to pull away on the red light.
Went past Sainsburys then up the Doxey Road, again no indicators, and that number plate was barely visible, covered in muck.

Schadenfreude - when an impatient Volvo SUV driver overtakes you on the A513 narrowly missing the oncoming traffic, only to then get stuck behind the cars in front of you until you reach Milford.

Driver flees after car crashes into town centre shop

A driver fled the scene of a crash which destroyed the front of a town centre shop before he was found by police officers.
Emergency services were called at 12.32am this morning following reports a car had collided with the Jail Bird shop in Gaol Road, Stafford.
Concerns about a smell of gas were raised following the crash before building inspectors arrived to make the scene safe.
A Staffordshire Police spokesman revealed no further action is being taken against the driver at this time.

He said: "We received a call at 12.32am to Gaol Road, Stafford, request police, fire and ambulance after a single vehicle road traffic collision in which a car had collided with a building.
"It was reported there was a smell of gas at the scene. Building inspectors were called in and the premises has been boarded up and made secure.
"Highways officers were made aware of the incident to clear the debris from the road. The vehicle has now been recovered.
"The driver had left the scene prior to the arrival of officers, but he was found shortly after. No further action will be taken at this time."

What.

Person drives into shop, drives away, and no action is being taken?

To the old woman who drove straight out of Porlock Avenue and though the red light on the Baswich Lane pelican crossing when I was walking across with two of my dogs, I salute your complete incompetence and blindness especially after you looked straight at me before driving through.

Autoglym van stuck his foot down approaching the pelican crossings on Radford Bank, even though the lights were already red when he was quite a bit away and green man been on a few seconds. Luckily I was making sure the car coming the other way,who had been closer to the crossing when it changed to red, actually stopped before stepping off the pavement.

Do mobility scooter drivers count?

This one was trundling along the pavement on my left, I come up to my left turn and she’s nearing crossing the road too. Does she check her right to make sure nobody is going to turn in? Does she hell. Just goes right on her way looking straight ahead

Good thing I don’t trust anyone when I’m driving.

She probably voted Leave too

If you, and the mobility scooter, were travelling on the major road and you were turning left into a minor road, then the mobility scooter going straight on along the major road actually has priority, although you would be brave footpath user to expect a modern-day driver to accept that - it used to be common practice in the UK (until the 80s, probably) to acknowledge that, and it still is in many other countries. The road and the footpath are parts of the same highway.

(Most) car drivers wouldn't turn left across another car.

Oh yeah, hence why I didn’t try and turn. But usually as a pedestrian (she was on the footpath) you look before you cross out of sheer common sense
