Tonight I shall mostly be eating:
10oz sirloin (rare)
6oz bacon steak in an applewood smoked glaze
Chicken thigh stuffed with haggis wrapped in bacon (yup, I'm still eating those!)
Small lamb rib cutlet
Diced potatoes with garlic, onion and a little cheese
Baked portabella mushrooms topped with garlic cream cheese and some grated cheese
I am now debating (due to stuff in the fridge that needs using) making a whisky cream sauce with mushrooms to go with this, I also have beans or tomatoes in case I decide not to. Anyone seeing me tomorrow expect me to be fat and slow moving
What prompted this was remembering the bottom drawer of my freezer contained BBQ food that had not been eaten from last year. All seems fine so I'm gonna work my way through it
