Campbell has earned 1 cap for the England U-21s and 4 for England 'B'. He has the distinction of being the English player who has scored the most goals in The Premiership without earning an England cap.

Initial guesses:-

Stuart Pearce - England
Gareth Southgate - England
Roy Keane - Munich
Steve Bruce - Munich
Mark Hughes - Munich
Paul Ince - Munich

Not 100% about Mark Hughes so can I have Bryan Robson as a first reserve?

What is the next in this sequence:
Norway
Sweden
Burma
Austria
Peru
Egypt
Ghana.

But I fail to see a football relevance.
List of previous UN Secretary-Generals -
Ban Ki-moon, Korea
Kofi Annan, Ghana
Boutros Boutros-Ghali, Egypt
Javier Perez de Cuellar, Peru
Kurt Waldheim, Austria
U Thant, Myanmar (formerly known as Burma)
Dag Hammarskjöld, Sweden
Trygve Lie, Norway

Was going to say that the countries they come from have all played in the World Cup, but don't think Burma have ever qualified. Maybe they have all played football for their country!!

If a goalkeeper does it once he can be booked, if he does it twice he can be sent off. Any other player on the pitch can do it as many times as he likes without penalty including the officials?

Believe it or not the answer is roll their sleeves up over their elbows, it's for identification purposes at corners, however a lot of keepers nowadays get around this law by cutting the sleeves off.

don't mention the blinds
Traditionally goalkeepers wore green jerseys , now unless i'm mistaken this is the colour of the playing surface and i was just wondering if there's any significance in that?.......
