I had the misfortune to go and watch Fury last night, I nearly ended up shouting at the screen!

Some of it was good and well done with proper vehicles being used, nice to see the Bovington Tiger get a run out but on the whole there was no story and the last scene was just pure 'how we won the war' Hollywood.

One immobile Sherman against a couple of hundred SS infantrymen shown armed with a lot of panzerfausts, the Sherman wouldn't have lasted five minutes!

Saving Private Ryan is far better!

I was going to give it a miss, but after reading that I'll steer well clear.

There were only four of us in the cinema on a Friday night!

I also found some of dialogue hard to follow even with my hearing aid at full blast, there is no loop system in the Apollo!

I have this problem with a lot of American films and programs where they seem to mutter and mumble rather than speak clearly.
