Wanted GOOD ELECTRICIAN NEEDED

Does anyone know of a good and reasonably-priced electrician in Stafford.

My mum and dad have a problem with a storage heater that won't come on and are struggling to get someone out to look at it.

My favoured electrician (Mark Vickers) has let me down, he was meant to call me back and hasn't, and i don't chase people, they go on my black list never to be used again.

So, anyone used a decent electrician lately, whom you'd highly recommend?
