How are things going with the sale?

Two things I would do, if possible, are add floorplans and maybe get a better shot of bedroom 2? You don't really need the 2 from bedroom 1, just the second would do. Otherwise it looks a top house mate, and if it had come on the market 3 months ago I'd have been for a viewing at least. I particularily like the dining area at the end of the kitchen, maybe promote that more?
