Growing Wheatgrass

Hi does anyone grow the above and if so is it easy to do any tips would be great maybe point me in the right direction for a good kit to buy.

Well i managed to grow it and now it is time to get my Nutri Bullet out

I just added an handful to my nutribullet with some strawberries Flax seeds and Almond milk and even though the colour of the drink is not very appetizing the taste is not to bad.
